Alternative for the train is bus 397. Busstop for the HP is called “de Hoek”. That bus runs 24/7 and stops at the airport and after that all the way to the Leidseplein in Amsterdam. It depends a bit on your destination in Amsterdam what will be faster to/from the hotel, train or bus.
