True for the carriers of the Americas.
My criterion for a "bad airline" is, if they have 3-4-3 Cripple-7s or 3-3-3 787s in its fleet. That makes LX and OS bad and LH still good for a few more minutes.
A lot of otherwise very decent Asian airlines also suffer from the 787 phenomenon.
One reason, why I prefer LH over SQ is that they still have a form of elite segregation in coach. Plus I like LH's food.
