Was on flight B6 2194 from MCO to HPN 8/25. Flight was delayed 6+ Hrs. Mechanical Issues on top of crew availability. The situation was tough but traveling with two toddlers tired from a week at Disney made it more stressful. Reprieve at The Club Lounge made it manageable.

All airlines deal with this. Received an apology email and compensation in my TrueBlue account within 8 hrs of arrival.
