ANA passenger information form not working
I booked my son's flights to Tokyo on United's website. He will be flying on ANA from LAX to NRT. But when I checked the ANA website, I noticed his reservation was pulled up without issue, but he is not able to input any of his information. I kept checking back and it is the same. Is it a tech glitch? Or if you book on UA's site you are not able to fill your info on ANA's site? Should I call ANA?
I just want to make sure he will be able to check in online. Thank you!
