I think you want exit seats rather than bulkheads. Except for Qantas Platinum/Chairman's Lounge members, Qantas do not allocate exit row seats until day of departure. Being there 4 hours prior to departure is your best chance of snagging them. Your QP membership will neither assist nor be a drawback
