I'm looking at a mileage ticket AUS-ATL-SJU-STX. STU-STX is on Cape Air and the only mileage redemption option on the website is in Economy. EF is showing Z8/9 on the AUS-ATL and ATL-SJU legs.

Can I use an RUC on this itinerary?
