Stay completely disappeared from account
I had a recent stay which was booked directly on the IHG website, but no points or nights have credited.
When I try to submit the missing points form or the "reservation issue" form, the IHG website says the stay can't be found.
Why would the stay have completely disappeared from my account? I have submitted a general enquiry for now.
I should be due something like 50K points for this stay with the 4x promo so am quite annoyed.
