LeaveHomeSafe and scan a QR code when you go in. I recall you also were supposed to have proof of vaccination, but I was never asked for it. On the SYD-HKG-TPE routing, you will only have access to the Pier.
The Pier is pretty grim these days with worn out carpet and chairs and staff who have that look on thier faces that clearly states they dont want to be there. THey dont even care if you dont wear your mask.
