Hello

I have my first ever flight with KLM upcoming, flying mid of September to Dubai via RUH. I want to visit a friend and flight tickets from LHR direct are ridic at the moment plus I have plenty of time anyway.

I am wondering if anyone has been on this flight recently? I would assume we can/ need to stay on the plane during the stopover at RUH? I hope that connecting in AMS means that I am not subject to the recent issues plus I will travel hand baggage only.
