Well if the code is legitimately yours to use, go ahead and put in your work e-mail and see what happens.

What's the worst that could happen? Perhaps you get an e-mail from Avis to your work address asking you to verify/confirm that you made the reservation and it is for a business purpose? No big deal if it is your e-mail address, right?
