as far as I know, there is no airside connection between any Orly Terminals.

and as there is automatic gates before security, even if you're willing to go through security twice to enjoy an easily forgettable lounge, it will probably be complicated to negotiate with the machine to let you go to ORY2 with a boarding pass for ORY1.
