My last rental (in Leipzig City though, not FRA) was a LWAR as upgrade from a PCAR (IIRC) and it was a BMW 530i (petrol engine) with 286 bhp IIRC. It was absolutely fully loaded with Laser light, heated and ventilated seats, leather of course, adaptive suspension, big navigation system, panoramic sunroof etc. and some sort M-trim. No complaints and fuel consumption wasn't bad at all depending on how heavy your foot is so to say.
