The feature is flaky at best. I have cases where I add the FFP number, save, get an email confirmation from SQ and then check the booking again and it is still blank or showing the previous FFP info. The FQTV field is very "sticky" in Altea for some reason (similar observations on LH or so).

Heck, for SQ I have KF redemption bookings made using my own profile (obviously) and when I view the booking no KF FFP is attached or only for me and not my redemption nominee (KF too) as well or vice versa. Then adding it via Manage my booking has same effect as described above, doesn't seem to stick. Weird.

Best way is to solve it at check in as recommended when prior attempts fail. YMMV
