I just wrapped up a stay here. While not luxurious, this is an excellent value for what you are paying IMO, and I'd definitely come back. Here are a few things to know:

- You aren't going to get an upgrade, but the room sizes are pretty good already
- Book the correct number of adults/children in the room as it is an all inclusive resort and the price is dependent on the number staying
- If you are titanium or above you will get complimentary star class. This means you will get a personal assistant who can make you dinner reservations and handle other items, access to the star class bar, and access to the star class pool
- I booked private transportation from the LIR airport for $65 each way. It is about a 45 minute trip
- The cabanas are worth booking if you are going to do a lot of time at the pool
- Staff is very friendly, but struggling a bit with the tourism rebound post covid
