HdL no longer accepting suite upgrades is a change for the worse, but Madeleine has never accepted suite upgrade awards, and this has been explicit in the T&Cs.
I believe OP is aware of that. The point is that's now two of four full service Paris Hyatts, one per T&C and one per its own rules, apparently.
