Desperately need your help here. 7 weeks ago, Lufthansa cancelled our flight. No refund been processed yet despite multiple calls and emails. To make matters worse, Lufthansa's service center agents tell me that their system shows that the trip was completed. When I ask them how it is possible for a trip to be completed when Lufthansa did not operate the flight that day (due to flight cancellation), they have no response. Please help!
