Hermitage would be better choice as it located a bit closer to the air[prt compared to JW
(Normally took around 45 min to reach airport from The Hermitage)

If you could stay outside Marriott chain, then get Swissotel PIK Jakarta as it very close to the airport
(around 10 min by car)
