FS service is excellent. A good friend stays there often, but I consider it one of the ugliest in their footprint and only the top suites have been renovated.
The PH ambience is much nicer and in an entirely different league.
small touches - remembering her name, not needing to provide room number at each interaction, remembering small details when requesting breakfast, etc.
she appreciates when a hotel doesnt nickle and dime (aka cabanas at Four Seasons Los Cabos are free - sunscreen, etc.) frivolous, i know for some
