The neighborhood associations use Orleans as the boundary, but the City Planning Commission says the boundary is St Louis St. So take your pick.
Officially, the neighborhood in question, is known as Parkview, not Bayou St. John. This is according to the Preservation Resource Center, the Historic District Landmarks Commission, the Assessor’s office and the Parkview Neighborhood Association (in 2020, it merged with the City Park Neighborhood Association)..

If you look closely, you’ll notice a difference in map boundaries between the PRC and the HDLC map. I’d go with the HDLC map.
