Thanks for the DP that upgrade was still possible (however, currently hold the Bold not the Boundless so will need to see what happens). Got the Bold in September 2021 so for the past year, the goal was to upgrade it to Ritz so that I can cancel CSR. The main benefits of Ritz are PP with restaurant, free PP for AUs and primary CDW for car rentals. Recently got the Capital One Venture X that meets all the main benefits of Ritz; might not upgrade to Ritz anymore.
