Emailed the PH reservations team 3-4 days ago, inquiring about using cash to upgrade the room for my two nights that i’ll be there, as I booked for 45K points each night. Looking to upgrade to Opera Deluxe - no issue paying. Haven’t heard anything back despite following up.
Then emailed about a private car service transfer from airport RT, and still nothing. I sent my confirmation number, etc.
Really not a good look. what the heck is going on over there
