I have my flights as saved recent searching on the ITA matrix, with a condition to exclude saver fares and specify flight numbers. It doesn't track automatically for me, but I can quickly go there and pull up the non-saver cost of my tickets.

Put the flight number in the routing codes, and this as the extension codes (that gets rid of saver and BE fares on multiple airlines - can't remember where I got it from): F ~((DL&BC=E)|(AA&BC=B)|(AS&BC=X)|(UA&BC=N)|(B6&BC=B )|(HA&BC=L)|(HA&BC=K)|(HA&BC=O))
