Your problem will be the baggage delivery so no chance. You can visit one of the 3 arrival lounges to pass the time downstairs, or try to go up and see if the CISF guard lets you in. Once you get to checkin you can get airside, no one checks when your flight is leaving. The AI domestic lounge is ok, they just refurbished.
