Potentially yes, just focus on the BA App, and before the first sector, 48 hours before departure, check the 125 is in place, and if not then call. However you slightly mitigate any problems by doing Twilight check in since at that hour when things are quiet then the BA check-in staff can liaise with the back office if necessary.
