This happened to me after returning to Burbank on a Sunday. First time I called when I returned I was told in the morning. Next call end of day. Next call was up to 48 hours and today was up to 72 hours. They keep telling me they see the car returned and are waiting for the location to upload. I'm just waiting to see what transpires when and if it is finally updated.
