So if I have a stay on Friday, I guess this is saying I need to cancel 48 Hours before 11:59PM Thursday, thus 11:59PM on Tuesday?

My real question is - Globalists are able to cancel reservations that have a 48 hour cancellation policy until the day before arrival with no charge. Is what I quoted above still a 48 hour cancellation policy?
