Unfortunately not. The AA-B6 alliance is independent of OneWorld. It might as well not exist for the purposes of your question. As far as JFK-SFO, AA still runs about 4 daily nonstops on the A321T.
The lack of benefits to OW members who are not AA elites isn't any different with the other 9 non OW partners. It just hits closer to home because B6 has quite a few codeshares and overlap on routes that AA flies versus most of the other non OW partners (e.g. Air Tahiti, GOL, Ethiad and Fiji).
