That is what it seems like based on the Cancellation Policy. But it's inconsistent with the Deposit Policy stated.

All other Hyatt's I've booked which require an advance deposit will state -
Deposit Policy
Credit Card Deposit Required

Or an example from this very thread -
Deposit Policy
Credit Card Deposit Required 1 NIGHT(S) DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED TO CREDIT CARD

Whereas the booking terms in post 23 just state a guarantee is required in the Deposit Policy.
