Just upgraded to the Ritz Carlton Card! Just want to confirm that it is still possible to upgrade to this card despite the upcoming rumors of the new cards by Chase and Amex. I talked extensively with the rep to verify some things and benefits and the biggest change is you guessed it. Priority Pass guesting privileges. =(

Here is an update:
I was able to product change exactly 1 day of account approval of my Marriott Bonvoy Boundless of last year, 8/23. I called on 8/23 and they told me to wait a day or two. I called today(8/24) and I was able to upgrade.
Guesting limits to Priority Pass been changed to 2 guests only. Still unlimited free priority pass for authorized users though (they too get +2 Guests).
AUs don't need to be in the same household and don't need an SSN to be added. So if you wanted to gift PP to your friends, it's still possible.
AUs don't get a new credit card number, they will all have the same identical CC as yours, compared to the venture X where AUs get new numbers. PPs will have different numbers per user though.
Need to wait 1-3 Business days, to add AU as the system needs to update your data from the product switch before you can add AUs and for them to be eligible to get PP, then 2-3 weeks to get the physical card sent.
I will get the 50k Certificate of the Ritz Carlton Card instead of the 35k certificate of the Boundless.
I will get the $450 AF on the fee and won't be charged for the $95 Boundless fee on the next credit card statement since I product changed before the fee hit. So no AF switcheroo/reimbursement.
All the other benefits stay the same, $300 travel credit, same exact protections and insurances as the CSR.
All Visa Infinite benefits, point structure, etc.
New Card number with New Security code, No affect to credit since product change, all balance transfers and promotional offers carry over.
Autopay settings removed, and mobile wallet will be removed and not updated, so they will need to be re-added. Only Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Google pay eligible.

Asked about the new upcoming rumored $250 AF credit cards by Chase and Amex. Confirmed with the rep that I will be grandfathered in with the card and my Annual Fee of $450 will not change and that I will not be downgraded if a new card comes out. So all the theories that Ritz Carlton holders will be switched to the bountiful/bevy will not happen so that's good news. Seems like all benefits will be static and will not change as well. The rep didn't seem to know about the upcoming cards so the cards might be announced in September but won't be released for awhile, maybe late November/December.

Forgot to ask about the JP Morgan Concierge to see if it's different than the regular Chase Concierge
Forgot to ask about if I can get the old metal clanking card, although I doubt they still produce those.
Didn't ask if multiple AU holders can get multiple dining credits at the sitdown restaurant for PP.

Anyways, hope this DP helps, disappointed that the unlimited guesting privileges are gone, it is now on par with the Venture X/BoFa Elite card but I guess it's understandable due to the overcrowding of lounges.
