At Capella Hanoi right now and so glad we chose it over the Metropole. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We are in a suite which is very nice and they have thought of everything one could possibly need. Service is top notch right from the doorman to the servers to housekeeping. They knew my name as I walked into the hotel for the first time and since then we have been addressed by name each time. Food ( both in room and at the restaurant) is top notch. Metropole is right across the street as a FYI.
