I used to live in Arlington (Rosslyn/Courthouse/Clarendon) and it was pretty easy to run to DCA so walking from even that far would be doable although not ideal. Definitely doable as you get closer

Lived here too (well one town over) and 100% those homes could easily walk to the terminal

Some others that pop in my head although this is a hard one given the fact that you could walk anywhere but some that pop into my head if you're reasonable with the walk:

LCY
LGA (pre-construction, now getting out of the airport would be a challenge)
JFK (if you are allowed to take the AirTran)
GSO

I'm sure there are others. It probably breaks down into "city airports" like LCY where there are a ton of apartments within walking distance and then on the other end you have smaller airports like BTV that are in the community.
