Hi, we stayed in August & here's my experience:

* No suite upgrade, as expected. Received M Club King but had to move to another room (this timer larger M Club King) as the original allocated room was literally opposite the elevator & we could clearly hear loud "bings" from the elevators in the room
* Terrible water pressure from shower & inconsistent water temperature;
* Rooms (we saw 3 in total during stay) are NOT renovated - I understood they had been. Nevertheless very comfortable & well soundproofed from external traffic noise etc.
* Dreadful breakfast experience with awful coffee, chaotic service. Very canteen like & not our scene. No brekkie service in M Club, sadly. We ate out for breakfast during the rest of our stay.
* M Club in the evening is excellent with great service, newly renovated & with pro-active staff & decent booze/evening food including several hot dishes, desserts, cheese etc.etc. One could make a meal of it if needed although we never did this.
* Location of the hotel is excellent with superb transport links (MRT/shopping etc etc)

Doubt we'd stay again unless room renovations were done, rates were right & we had to be in this location.
