*one of the earlier times that this happened to me, the agent sounded a bit surprised, "did you just get blind-transferred to me?" although they were mostly just curious, had no objection to helping me out -- but I've prob had it happen ~4-6 times since then and nobody has commented on it.
It seems more efficient to just transfer the caller to second level rather than tie up the first agent to stay on hold with you when they could go off and help somebody else from the main queue.
