I sometimes use it when I know I am not expecting real time conversation. It works fine if you understand the concept. But other times I say no. If I say no once, should I not be allowed to use it in the futire?
Not sure why the question bothers you so much. It does not change the queue time.
BTW, There are some serious improvements they could make for chat. Mainly, they should have an option to allow all key information to be provided in a form on the app or website.
