If you consider these to be "airports" then SCE (2-3 airlines) is less than 15 mins walk from some houses. I have walked (for an hour) to get to the airport once from the town of state college (just for fun, younger days).
MGW (single airline, regional service) is within 10 mins walk of some apartments.
