Toronto, San Diego, LGA, maybe Love Field? I know there are residential areas plenty close enough to McCarran - I've gone from a run from the Strip *around* most of the airport - but I don't know if there are good surface streets with sidewalks to walk into the terminal area or not. Providence seemed to have some houses/apartments very close by.

That's just large-ish airports. Obviously lots of small airports would be doable.
