If you entered your AS number - which isn't the right thing to do - did you get credited to AS a few days after travel?
So far, on a limited number of flights, I've been able to enter my BAEC number at the point of booking, it shows up as Emerald and it's credited OK too, but a lot of people have had problems, see the link below. The best two channels appear to be to call BAEC - not today, they cancelled a lt of flights yesterday - with your ticket number and other details. The next best is to use the Chat function, which should show up in BAEC after logging in and dropping down to the contacts screen at the bottom of the main page. The thread will give you a third email approach, which has worked for some people.
thanks. I figured maybe the wrong approach. I did get credited. But I can’t remove the info for my return leg so will be same problem.
what’s the normal way to do things?
