I was looking to book a car with Budget in Texas for next year. The budget site doesn't mention anything about excess or offer any other insurance options.

Does this mean the car is fully covered for any eventualities in the price of the car?

Also does anyone know any other avenues for booking a car with Budget cheaper (good third party sites, etc)?
