Can't tell you for sure if you can get your bags checked all the way but usually if it's less than 24 hours, you should be able to.
1) You get 50kg for both segments (if it's on a single ticket) since it's always the highest class that applies for baggage. Plus additional allowance if you hold any status. You can check multiple pieces as long as total weight is under 100kg (for the both of you). I don't know if they'll entertain 100 x 1kg bags tho.
2) in terms of carry on, yes but if it's on a single ticket, you should be able to have 2 carry-ons for your KUL-BKK flight based on your DPS-KUL flight
3) I forgot what lounge MH uses in DPS but you can access either Satellite or Main concourse Golden Lounge on arrival or on departure at KUL. I have been to other lounges (SQ, TG, CX, Plaza Premium F) at KUL, IMO, MH J Satellite is still the best amongst all of them. I assume you don't have OWE. If you do, then you are eligible for MH F/Platinum lounge on departure.
