my wife and i have stayed at this hotel many times. during the SPG days when I had platinum status, we were always upgraded. A few times we were upgraded to the suites on the corner that have a fairly large living room. breakfast in the dining room downstairs was very good. always had status recognition at check in. my wife still stays there every year but i haven't been back for 9 years now but will be going back in a few weeks. My expectations have been lowered and i'm sure they'll be met. the main benefit of the hotel is location and the fact that it's still bookable for 35k points most of the time.
