I have an ARC and am planning to go November-December for 1-2 months. Given the current rules (I know no one in Taiwan):
  1. I do not need to test pre arrival
  2. I buy a SIM card at the airport
  3. I go to quarantine hotel for 3 days
  4. According to the 2022-08-15 article https://www.cdc.gov.tw/En/Bulletin/D...Psw?typeid=158 "An arrival may not stay at a general hotel." so I stay at the same hotel for another 4 days but can go out "for important things".
Does that all sound correct? Thanks!
