Comments: Requested upgrade via chat the day before, was told it would depend on availability at check-in. When I arrived, I was told they didn't have a suite available for my entire stay, but that they would move me to one after the first weekend, which they did. I definitely believe that they did not have any available before Sunday - on weekends this hotel is very popular with families.
