I read in few forums that row 43 A, D, H, K are with bassinet .
Any information why call centre is unable to block it ? Have they removed bassinets recently? is there any other channels would be able to block the ticket? Is it safe to assume we would be allocated a bassinet at the airport ?

Hi Sharath,
sorry to hear about the difficulties regarding the bassinet. Unfortunately, we have no access to the seat map nor booking system. If our colleagues in the Service Center were not able to reserve the seats, there is nothing else we can do from our side. In general seats can be blocked up to 72 hour before departure by the airport. However, please rest assured, when traveling with an Infant, my colleagues at the airport will do their utmost to reserve the relevant bassinet seats for you.
