It's an interesting discussion. Obviously, I get it. I fly a lot, but this would be the first time (ever) to use the VIP Service, hence I'll not be on their list 😜.
And that is fine. When I first reached out they had the auto-reply turned on, but no response. A week later I have sent a reminder, which they followed up with a request for more info, so I thought that my initials request was stuck somewhere. I provided all the requested information.
No update after that. I requested an update 2 times after that and the response was that they are not yet ready with the planning for the current month, and October is not yet on their to-do list.

Let's see where this is heading.
