I have just called Amex ICC line to follow up. My initial registration address was in Poland (this is now ineligible). I asked about Namibia. They told me Namibia was not eligible. Then I tried with Belgium and it occurred that Belgium was (Poland and Belgium are both in the EU). So I have just changed my address for Belgium. It is a bit strange. I hope I am safe now.
