CGK-DOH-MIA-LAX-JFK prices out fine in both directions, which is somewhat interesting. MPM surcharge is involved. Can likely add something like Chicago to that, but that doesn't seem too interesting unless you actually want a stopover somewhere.
I didn't investigate adding a transfer on the way to DOH.
