Which is great until people here "zone 4" and assume they can get in any lane, because their zone is been called.
Or worse, when the agents say "just use any lane".
If they call zone 3, and I'm trying to board, and there's no empty zone 1 line, I'm cutting around to the front.
The majority of my boarding experiences have everyone using the 1/2 lane and no one using the 3-6 lane. I'm entitled to board at my leisure. I'm not going to cut to the front as they're saying "we are only boarding zone 1 right now". But when I walk up as they call 3 or 4, I'm definitely not getting in a line of 30 people.
Especially since 30 zone 1 on a 7M8 is exceptionally unlikely.
