He managed the first part, he made the proclamation. Now it has to be reviewed in a government inter departmental commission with a broad base of reference to all relevant parties. I am not sure whether the proposal is under consideration, or under active consideration these days....
And considering he is isolating as he caught covid , it will be at least five more days until we hear back.
