You absolutely don’t have to be there three hours in advance, but assuming you do get there that early that will give you time to check out both the Terminal C and the Terminal E lounges.
Assuming you need to see an agent at the airport either to check in or to deposit your luggage, you should clear security at Terminal B. Otherwise I would do it at Terminal C to put you closer to the lounge.
