I’m a fan of Conrad and had wanted to visit this location but starting to get cold feet. Loved the location and brand but as we know from what used to be the Waldorf in Key West… brand doesn’t tell the whole story. My (reasonable) options with pts per night:

Conrad midtown 95k
Hilton midtown 77k
Hilton Fashion 70k
one UN plaza 74k
Conrad downtown 80k

Some of the values aren’t there compared to the cash per night cost but would rather have a good room and upgrade than a crappy experience. Any thoughts?
